New York Cheesecake II
Great, simple recipe! I wanted to make a key lime ginger cheesecake, so at the end I add 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, a tablespoon or so of grated lime peel, and 2 tablespoons or so of fresh grated ginger. I wil certainly make this recipe again!

Maple Ginger Cake
Great recipe! I would suggest using fresh ginger and adding some vanilla. Also, I used whole wheat pastry flour for half of the flour, butter instead of shortening, and yogurt instead of sour cream. I added raisins for some more texture. For the frosting, I made a cinammon whipped cream cheese frosting and sprinkled the top with crushed walnuts. I made the cake for a friend's birthday and everyone loved it. The ginger really adds something special.

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins
This is the first time I have tried to make a low-fat sweet bread/muffin recipe, and it came out great! Despite the absence of oil/butter, the muffins were still moist several days later. I substituted apple butter for the applesauce and yogurt for half of the milk and also added some cinammon.
