Couscous with Mushrooms and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Didn't like it, and my fiance woulnd't touch it either. Way too many spices and conflicting flavors. Not my cup of tea.

Very tastey treat! I can't wait to share this recipe with my family at Thanksgiving, it would go really good with a holiday meal. The only problem is I think this recipe calls for too much butter, next time I make it I will use 1/2 tablespoon.

Tomato Alfredo Sauce with Artichokes

Love it! I was a little concerned as I was preparing the sauce that it didn't look very good, but once it started cooking up it looked and smelled delicious! It was a lot of work to make but worth it, and I'd make it again.

Parmesan and Broccoli Stuffed Potatoes

Excellent recipe and easy to make! Since there were no instructions for the cheese sauce, I substituted alfredo sauce instead and it tasted great. The only thing I might add next time is a little sour cream so it isn't so dry.
