Glazed Meatloaf I

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

I swear I have tried them all and this is the best yet.....I followed the recipe exactly and it truly is outstanding.... The peppers add so much flavor and I have never used beer before and if that added to the flavor it was great. Thank you for sharing

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Excellent! My husband does not care for broccoli, and the two of us finished this off. I made it exactly as written and it is delicious. I'm sure it is the only way I will cook broccoli in the future. Thank you for sharing.

Baked Potato Salad I

Outstanding! Ireduced servings but followed the recipe except I used green olives and cheddar instead of ripe and american. It was delicious and will definitely make again.

Chili I

May just have found our favorite chili recipe. I did tweak it a bit..I used a pound of hot Jimmy Dean instead of steak and added chopped onion. I eliminated cocoa because I did not have any. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely make again, if not always.

Seattle Fire Station 25 Meatloaf

I have tried many recipes for meatloaf. This is the meatloaf ever. It is a favorite and we will make again. I modified the recipe for 6 servings and even that left ample leftovers.

Potato Casserole II

Made this dish for Christmas Eve with pork tenderloin roast. Only change I made was to combine monterey jack and cheddar. Outstanding! Everyone loved the potatoes and most had seconds. Will definitely make again and add to my favorites.
