Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese-Chive Butter
Very tender result. However, I felt it lacked the "Wow!" factor.

Anniversary Chicken I
This was all right. I substituted real bacon for the bacon bits, but otherwise kept the recipe the same. We didn't care for the ranch in this recipe, so it may be worth making again and omitting that step. Thanks for sharing.

Big Al's Chicken
Delicious recipe! Two changes though: I used a teaspoon of salt instead of a tablespoon. Also, the recipe suggests using reserved marinade to flavor the cooked chicken - this is something I wouldn't suggest due to it containing raw eggs.
