Taco Seasoning I
I have been using this recipe since Oct-07. I substitute cayenne pepper for the red pepper flakes and omit the black pepper. It sure is better than anything you can buy at the store

Garlic Chicken
I made this a few nights ago for my grandson who had just returned home for Spring Break. His favorite meal is chicken! It turned out great. I used olive oil and lots of garlic I know I used more garlic than the recipe called for but we like garlic. 'Eyed' the amount of panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese - just made sure each breast had plenty of oil, garlic and coating. Severd with a simple salad and baked baby red and pacific gold potatoes. Finish the leftovers last night. Heated up in the microwave just enough to take the chill off the breast. Looking forward to making this again and again etc!

Kickin Stuffed Peppers
Made these last night and everyone loved them from teens to adults. Used cream cheese since I couldn't find Neufchatel cheese and breakfast sausage. Not to hot! Thanks James W.
