I'm a SAHM to 3 little girlies. I have a family of really picky eaters. Sometimes I love cooking, sometimes not so much. I love appetizers...Mexican especially. We often forego the traditional Christmas dinner (too soon after Thanksgiving for a big turkey dinner in our opinion) and do lots of Tex-Mex...grilled fajitas, guacamole, queso etc. I can follow a recipe like a champ. I used to burn at least a couple of batches of cookies every time I made them. Now I make myself stay in the kitchen the entire time they are cooking so that I don't forget!
