I would not recommend this recipe at all! I spent a good portion of my childhood in rural mexico and was hoping to find a recipe similar to the tortillas I had as a kid. this fell way short of that mark. It was too dry and not enough salt. Will keep looking for a recipe.

Vanilla Ice Cream IV

This is a very easy recipe. I had never made ice cream before, and it turned out great the first time. I even forgot to put the pudding in, and it was still very yummy. This has become the base for all my flavors. I like to add pureed fruit or peanut butter.

Blueberry Salad

This was super yummy! I am not usually a fan of anything jello, but was looking for a cool summer dessert. This fit the bill and I will make it again!

Quick and Easy Home Fries

This is a great recipe. Instead of butter I use coconut oil. I also add cumin, oregano and garlic salt. My family and friends love to have breakfast at my house and eat my home fries.

Best Carrot Cake Ever

I live at high altitude (Denver) and it needed to be baked longer than the directions stated. I dropped the temperature a tad and baked for an hour and it turned out perfect. Always a family favorite!
