Nice spin on pumpkin pie, my husband who does not like cheesecake, but loves pumpkin pie absolutely loves this recipe and asks that I make it and keep it handy in the fridge often!

I was not a fan of the tangy taste to the sauce, so I added on teaspoon of cornstartch and just enough water to disolve it in a cup, and stirred it into the sauce, once thickened a bit I added 1 1/2 cups of water and 1 1/2 teaspoons of beef boullion to it to give more sauce and a more meaty flavor and my family just loves it.

I thought the recipe had a decent flavor, but the pork will be way over cooked if the directions are followed to a T
