Lemon Glazed Cake
I don't even usually like lemon desserts, but my husband wanted a lemon cake for his bday. I ended up eating the majority of the cake...this recipe is really awesome.

Chocolate Trifle
Amazing! It is very sweet, but it is still awesome. I have made it twice now and the second time I made it with real whipped cream to cut down on some of the sweetness. Also I put strawberries on top and its delicious that way.

Sweet and Sour Sauce I
If you use pinneapple juice instead of water and half the amount of soy sauce, it is just like the sauce the chineese rest. have. Also I reccomend sifting in cornstarch so you dont get lumps.
