Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
These are great wings, I did bake them instead of frying however. The secret really is in letting them sit for at least an hour after you flour them. I will make these again and again.

Sweet-and-Sour Meatballs
Awesome, I made it just like the recipe says. Next time however I think I will reduce the Vinegar just a little. Also I usually make it with brown sugar but I couldn't remember the amount to use in place of the regular sugar. Next time I will just experiment.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
So Yummy! I too bake it at 375 for 30 min to ovoid smoking. Then I like to saute mushrooms in the left over baste and put them on top of the chicken.....This is my new favorite way to make chicken.
