Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
I have made this recipe many times...delicious. You can find Hawaiian sea salt at most asian stores...it's real cheap...

Dry Rub for Ribs
I have had a hard time with ribs in the past but thins have now changed. The longer it sits it will have a bit more bite to it, if you like it less spicy, decrease the pepper a bit. My family says these are some of the best ribs the have had!

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
VERY GOOD! I used part red wine vinager and part balsamic. I also scaled recipe to 10 servings. This was wonderful over a simple greek salad.
