Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I can easily see why this recipe gets 5 stars & will quickly become a "west coast" favorite as well :) The perfect amount of spice and moisture. I used 2 cups all purpose and 1.5 cups whole wheat and had to bake an extra 10 minutes.

Baked Dijon Salmon
I have made this recipe several times, it is now my favorite way to prepare salmon. If you don't have pecans on hand it is still very delicious. And last time I was out of breadcrumbs so substituted crackermeal - yum, yum!! My husband really liked it too. Thanks!

Banana-Zucchini Bread
Although my coworkers really liked this, I found it drier than I would prefer. This was even after adding 1/2 cup applesauce (decreased oil bu 1/3 cup). I did sub in 1.5 cups of whole wheat pastry flour (2 cups all purpose) - so that may have been the dryness culprit. Also used 3 bananas and would increase this to 4 next time. Not bad, but not as awesome as the top rated zucchini bread recipe on this site.
