Chocolate Scotcheroos

made these for the first time for a work bake sale and had to make a second batch as the first were gone before I could even get them out of the house the only thing I did different is I did not use 6 cups of rice crispies I only used about 4 1/2 as that is the most I could stir in and they were nice and chewy this is a keeper for sure

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine

Made this tonight with spaghetti and meatsauce turned out wonderful. the crust came out perfect and soft inside. My husband almost finished a whole loaf himself this one is a keeper

Buttery Soft Pretzels

We can not get the mall soft pretzels around here and I miss them..but after trying this recipe I dont miss them anymore. These are amazing I made the dough in the bread machine with only 4 c flour worked out great this one is a keeper

Roasted and Curried Butternut Squash Soup

I loved this recipe and the only change I made was i used chicken broth as that is what I had in the house. My husband who is very picky loved it. I also found it freezes great thaw heat and add cream. This is a keeper thanks for posting

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

WOW this was so easy and tasted so good. My husband who is not a big sweets eater tried off of one of the batters and ended up cleaning both and the bowl, this one is a keeper no more store bought for me!!!

Butternut Squash Soup

This was a great recipe I did follow some others and I roasted the squash onions and garlic with olive oil salt and fresh cracked pepper I only used half the cream cheese I did not use the marjoram I used Curry for a twist and it was AMAZING made so much took it to the office and everyone that tried it loved it ...this is a keeper

Boiled Bagels

I moved to Canada from the US a long time ago and one of the things I miss the most are REAL bagels the ones we get here and more like a bread not chewy really at all I tried this recipe and they turned out perfect and so easy to make. I have made a few flavors besides plain. I made garlic by adding a tbsp of garlic powder to the flour and then topped with garlic flakes when baking. I made cinnamon raisin adding both to flour mixture and a bit more sugar, and finally I made salt by using sea salt on top before baking. They all turned out great! This one is a keeper

Baked Brunch Omelet

We LOVE this dish It is also great as a mid-week busy night dinner I throw it together in the morning and when I come in from work throw it in the oven and dinner is ready and eggs are not just for breakfast anymore. Only thing I do different is I sautee some red & green Peppers and mushrooms and add to the mix. If i could give more stars on this one I would!
