I'm a cooker/baker with a wheat intolerance. I love cooking and baking, especially for company. I am also known to eat popcorn for dinner so I'm working on cooking more consistently and preparing great tasting lunches for work.
My favorite things to cook
Baked goods for sure, which are also fairly tricky to keep wheat free! I'm experimenting with meringues right now.
My cooking triumphs
Laura's Mini Pavis.....little meringue cookies with almond flour and chocolate icing. The recipe is almost ready to share!
My cooking tragedies
Many, many failed meringue cookies, including the chocolate ones that stuck to the parchment paper so badly I couldn't even do a taste test!
