Dumplings
these turned out awsome, I doubled the margarine as suggested by other reviewers.

Beef and Barley Soup III
This recipe was great. I made it two weeks ago and am making it again tonight. I made it with a diced up sirloin steak. I doubled the wine to 1 cup and added garlic and mushrooms. Tonight I am going to try it with the 'Dumplings' recipe also from this site.

Husband's Delight
this recipe was great. I used macaroni instead of egg noodles.I added 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and cinnamon to the ground beef mixture.I also used blue cheese in the sour cream mix, (which I would only recomend if everyone eating likes blue cheese)I added 1&1/2 cups of partly skim mozzerella to the cup of cheddar on the top, as I did not think one cup enough.I will definitley make this again.It tasted even better the second day.
