Quick Gnocchi
I made this recipe last night, and it was a big hit! I doubled the recipe, and found that I used more flour than the recipe called for because the dough was so sticky. My gnocchi came out like little dumplings, but I'm guessing I used too much flour since everyone else seems to be commenting that they used LESS flour. They were still delicious. Next time, I'll try to use less flour and I'll definitely triple or quadruple the recipe so I can freeze the extras. We had them with a marinara sauce this time. Can't wait to try them with a cream sauce!
