My family didn't like this at all. I was expecting a thick, cream sauce and this was definitely not thick or creamy. The only change I made was to cut the chicken bouillon amount in half. We've never had balsamic vinegar, so I thought maybe it's an acquired taste. But my sister-in-law who loves balsamic vinegar wasn't a fan, either. She said the texture was weird and she couldn't really taste the vinegar.

I made this last night, and it was great! The only change I made was to use chicken broth instead of white wine. I've tried several different sauce recipes, but haven't found a really good one until now. My husband said this one was the best I've made!

I made this recipe last night, and it was a big hit! I doubled the recipe, and found that I used more flour than the recipe called for because the dough was so sticky. My gnocchi came out like little dumplings, but I'm guessing I used too much flour since everyone else seems to be commenting that they used LESS flour. They were still delicious. Next time, I'll try to use less flour and I'll definitely triple or quadruple the recipe so I can freeze the extras. We had them with a marinara sauce this time. Can't wait to try them with a cream sauce!
