Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
This recipe is Awesome! One that I've made over and over again, and even my kids will eat it.

Chocolate and Butterscotch Fudge
This recipe is so quick and easy. The end result is a great fudge that isn't too sweet to eat. The butterscotch makes it awesome. I used whole pecans in my chocolate layer instead. This is a holiday keeper!

Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
This is my new beef stroganoff recipe. I threw everything but the sour cream in the slow cooker before work, and I came home to a wonderful dinner with no effort. I did substitue the wine and beef bouillon with a can of beef broth (what I had on hand). Tastes just like beef stroganoff should!
