Cowboy Mashed Potatoes
Took to a potluck went over pretty well had great flaovr. Will make for speacial occations not for every day use it takes a little work but worth it.

Caramel Apple Pie II
The flavor of the apples were pretty good. Did not care for the texture of the caramel. Next time if I add caramel to the pie it will be the ice cream topping kind.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
Took this to a potluck today. It went over very nice. It sort of reminded me of these corn pudding that you get at El Torittos. I will be making this over and over.
