Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
This was the first time I made Boilermaker Tailgate chile, so I followed the recipe to the T. I made the chili on Superbowl Saturday and warmed/served on Superbowl Sunday in the crockpot with Fritos and cheddar cheese as condoments. Everyone loved the chili! I overheard many people asking "Who brought this chili?" or "!! This is the best chili to ever get past my chiclets!". My ears would perk and I would answer "That would be me. The recipe has been in the family for years and you can't have it. So don't even ask!". Good chili. Make it.

Cowboy Mashed Potatoes
The only thing I changed about this recipe is adding some seasoning to the water used to cook the potatoes, carrots, garlic and the pepper. The end product was great. I will make Cowboy Mashed Potatoes again.
