Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Pretty good, i omitted the sour cream used 10oz of green enchilada sauce about 10oz of hot jalapeno green salsa and 3 fresh chili peppers, to add some spuce, next time ill try it with the sour cream. Not the dish to impress a date but great to eat

Remoulade Sauce a la New Orleans
Was Really good- made this to go with cocktail shrimp and we ended up using it as dressing on the salad too.
