Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie
This turned out REALLY Yummmy - It had been years since I had strawberry/rhubarb pie and I loved it. Very easy and tasty.

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole
My family likes their meat & potatoes but they LOVED this - this is going to be part of my regular rotation.

Chicken Fried Steak III
I have always wanted to make Chicken Fried steak but this was my first attempt. The flavor was wonderful! My family loved it...but the breading fell off the steak, maybe I dried them off too much ... will definately experiement some more with this.
