Excellent. As another commenter recommended, a little pat of butter in the bottom of preheated cups and reduced cooktime (15/15) and they came out flawless.

Three Meat Cannelloni Bake

Absolutely spectacular, the household said it was the best thing I've ever made. The only modifications I made were to use pork sausage instead of just pork, which added a little more flavor to the meat filling, and instead of using just tomato sauce for over the top I substituted half for a homemade meat sauce, and made the rest of it as normal. It made the entire recipe a little more savory, and that much more delicious. Thanks for sharing this, it's going to take effort not to make this every night!

Fresh Semolina and Egg Pasta

This recipe was perfect. My only suggestion would be to make sure you use XL eggs; the first batch I made was a tiny bit dry, I think large eggs are just a spot on the small side for the amount of flour. And don't skimp on your kneading!

A Farewell to Basil Fettuccine

Fantastic, fantastic recipe. We ended up having three sauces: A garlic butter, a homemade pesto, and a tomato/basil. This pasta was so delicious we ended up liking the butter best, it was the one that allowed the taste of it to come through the most. Thanks!
