Szechuan Spicy Eggplant
I loved this recipe. I have made similar sauces before, so I knew I'd like it. Instead of meat and shrimp, I used one 16 oz package of extra firm tofu (cut into big cubes) and 2 Italian eggplants. I served it with Chinese noodles and it mixed well with them.

Family Favorite Bread
The proportions of this recipe are not right. I needed to add a few more Tbs of flour during the kneading cycle. Even then, it didn't bake quite right.

Easy Chinese Corn Soup
I really liked that this recipe was so quick and simple. I love spicy food, so I added 1 tsp of chili sauce and garnished with thinly sliced green onions.
