Well, it was a hit with my family. Although I made one small change, i shredded the chicken and we had it spooned over rice. The only reason i didn't rate it a full 5 stars was it seemed to be missing a little something. I'm thinking maybe garlic. Don't get me wrong, I would still make it again the way the recipe is, but then I always tinker a little bit after the initial try.

Well, I have yet to serve it, but i just made it up and who can resist licking the spoon! Absolutely wonderful, I followed the advice that said add a little more brown sugar and less confectioners. It's hard to think that i still have to wait 4 days before anyone will get to try it, oh well. okay, it was a big hit. after the party was over there was just a little over half left (small party) and my older brother, who is notoriuosly picky, actually tried some and asked if he could take some to work! it blew my mind! i then put the rest in the freezer and took it to my mom's a few weeks later, and she loved it too. so i have nothingbad to say about it at all.
