Kung Pao Chicken
My entire family loved it. Didn't realize that I hadn't put the chile past in until later that evening. It still had a little kick to it but not spicy - probably from the soy or vinegar. Def double the ingredients for the sauce EXCEPT the cornstarch. I'd reduce that significanly. Next time I'll probably get the sauce going and add the water/cornstartch as needed to thicken it instead of trying to thin it out. Yum yum!

Spinach Salad with Pistachio Chicken
Very yummy! Made this exactly as in. Forgot the parmesan but I doubt it would have made much of a difference. Between the pistachio chicken, green onions, avacado, tomatoes, peppers and dress, every bite seemed to have a new taste. A lot of flavor. Will definitely make this again.
