Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Very good, BUT I add 2 cans of cheddar cheese soup and 2 cups of milk, otherwise this dish is very dry.

Creamy Chicken Asparagus Casserole
Nothing special. I wanted to try this recipe because me and my fiance AND kids love asparagus. But I'm sorry to say that this was just not good. After eating it I had a very 'heavy' feeling in my stomach, almost like eating a big spoonful of straight sour cream. It just didn't sit well with me. My fiance only liked the 'aspargus part', while my kids loved it. Go figure! LOL. So I will give this just 2 stars 'cause at least my kids liked it -)

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
Quick question- this is my favorite oatmeal cookie recipe. I've made it about 3 times now. I baked these cookies today and something was different- they were not as moist as they usually are. I baked them for only 8 minutes as I always do. Any suggestions on how to make these cookies moister and chewier?? Should I add more brown sugar? I don't know what went wrong this time. They were still delicious, but someone not as moist as they usually are. Maybe a teaspoonof milk would help?? Thanks.
