Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast
The BEST prime rib recipe ever! I use a whole jar of minced fresh garlic and rub the whole roast (8-9 lbs) down with it to create a garlic layer. Then I add a layer of coarse black pepper. Then I drown it in salt so it looks like a giant snowball.... the more salt the better! Its a masterpiece- will never order in a restaurant again!!!

Turkey Brine
I never cared for turkey... until now. This recipe made the bird extremely moist and flavorful! Will never cook turkey without the brine again! 5 stars is not enough!!

Cranberry Corn Bread
HUGE hit on Thanksgiving! The kids went crazy for this and the adults enjoyed it with coffee in the morning. A new tradition for us!
