The best part of this recipe is the pecan crumbly goodness that's on top. I only put the peaches and raspberries in because I had some in the freezer that particular day. I've made this twice, and everyone's who has tasted it has loved it.

This is a great, easy recipe that I have made a number of times. For even more convenience I use a frozen pie crust and whatever milk I have on hand in place of the cream (although the cream does make it luxuriously rich.) I like to throw some braised broccoli in there, or some leeks, but honestly just the cheese and onion are flavorful enough.

So good!! I double the garlic and forgo the heavy cream for whatever milk I have on hand. And yes, the leftovers heat up very well!
