OMG this was so good. I gave it a 4 because I did make a couple of adjustments. I wanted enough to use as a filling for a mousse pie, so I increased it to 10 servings. I only used half the # of egg yolks that called for, and instead of water, I used half amarreto and half 2% milk. Perfect.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

This was my first time to cook a Rack of Lamb. I made this for my husband and brother for fathers day. They are still talking about it. My brother gave me a kiss on the cheek and said of all the things I've cooked for him over the years, this was the best. Only change I made was in the bread crumbs. I only had seasoned bread crumbs and no bread to make fresh,so I put the rosemary, garlic and rice krispies in the food processor. Turned out fabulous.

Cream Corn Like No Other

If I could give this higher than 5 stars I would. I don't fix corn often, but I just couldn't stop eating this. It is definatly the best cream corn I've ever tasted. Thanks for sharing.

Brussels Sprouts in Mustard Sauce

Hubbie and I both love brussel sprouts, and I'm always looking for different ways to fix them, but this will not be one of them again. Neither of us cared much for it. I wasn't crazy about the mustard taste.

Curried Carrot Soup

We really liked this soup. I used olive oil instead of the vegetable oil. I think next time I will also reserve some of the carrots for more texture. Great recipe though

Creamy Potato and Leek Soup

Rice A Roni™ Salad

Pumpkin Curry Soup

Aweseome Autumn soup. I bake my pumpkins I use for Halloween decoration and freeze the mashed pumpkin for holiday deserts. I had an abundance this year and was looking for something new to try. This was great, even my kids, who hate my experimenting with new dishes, loved it. It was even better the second day warmed up.

Amish Bread

Excellent and easy recipe. Today will be my 4th time to make it, I'm hoping to actually have some left for dinner. My kids and hubbie eat it as soon as I take it out of the bread machine. E-mailed this to a friend in England, and she loves it as well.

Amazing Crab Shells

I just made these, went to give my husband a sample bite and he took the whole thing. Since we are trying to watch the fat intake, I used Fat Free Cream Cheese and reduced fat Mayo. Will definatly be making these again.
