Yum! This was so delicious and easy to make. I'm 16, and I managed very easily! Doubled the recipe to get more leftovers, and marinated the chicken a few hours in soysauce, lemon juice and chili powder.
Just like everyone else, I made my own ginger-garlic paste by adding equal amounts of ginger & garlic and then mashing them up.
Also added more spices, because I like it hot!
My whole family & bf loved this recipe! Will absolutely do it again! Make sure to serve it with warm Naan, and it will be a hit with anyone! Thanks Mitch for a great recipe!
