Roasted Butternut Squash and Garlic Lasagna
This is one of the best meals that I've made! it still tastes really good reheated for several days. I meant to freeze some for later and reheat before rating it - but I couldn't keep from eating this stuff! I made it as written, except that I used regular lasagne noodles which i cooked.

Meatball Nirvana
These were really good - even before I added spaghetti and sauce. They also freeze well.

Savory Crescent Chicken
These were not bad, but I found them to be rather bland. They were easy to make.
