Fun Cookie Suckers

I had to give these a three for taste. There is none!!! They looked really good and colorful. They did take a while to make but for presentation they were worth it. They just need more sugar or something to give them a cookie sweetness!

Basil Tomato Soup

WOW this makes a lot! I didn't like it as written but made lots of subs and make it quite often now. I only use 1 can of tomato's and 1/2 the butter. Then I add milk to my taste. Really turns out great. Giving a 3 rating for as is and my version a 5. Thanks for a starting point!

Stuffed Peppers My Way

These were really good! I used shredded cheese for feta since I didn't have any on hand. Otherwise I followed the recipe! Will be making again. On a side note...I loved the stuffing. I usually only eat the pepper and leave the rice but this is the first time I ate it ALL! Thanks

Carrot Cake III

This is a great cake!! The only thing I change was 1 1/4 cup honey for sugar and 3/4 cup applesauce for the oil. The second time I made this I added a 20oz can of pineapple drained! I made cream cheese frosting for the top. Just 2 cream cheese, 1/3 cup honey and a teaspoon of cinn. Thanks for the great recipe!

No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies

Great!!!!! Cookie!!!!! I only used 1 cup sugar and about 1/4 c. honey. I also boiled mine for just over 2 min. Next time I will only use 1 cup sugar because I thought is was very sweet! And like most others....Tastes as good as I remember them!!
