I love cream cheese danish, but was always very disappointed with the store / bakery bought item. There seemed to be 3/4 pastry and only 1/4 filling. Well, needless to say, I came across this recipe and have been making it for years now. I LOVE it. My whole family LOVES it. Anytime I need to bring a dessert, I bring this and it is usually the first thing to disappear and I can't leave without most everyone asking for the recipe! It is so easy to make, yet everyone thinks I spent hours creating it! My kids love to make it too. I highly recommend this....trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I made this cake for my father-in-law's birthday. I followed the recipe exactly, as I am not one to experiment with recipes when other people (outside of my immediate family) will be eating it! The cake was light and moist. The frosting was creamy and delicious! I will definitely make this again!
