I'm married to a wonderful man and have a beautiful baby boy. I'm starting to experiment with baking bread but I like to cook anything that makes my husband and friends happy. My family always cooks Polish foods on Christmas eve and Cuban foods on Christmas day; we've incorporated my husband's family's traditions by cooking Italian food on New Year's day. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 7 people in our tiny apartment kitchen which was so small that the oven door almost touched the cabinets across from it. Sometimes I have a heavy hand with the spices...a few things have been inedible : )
