Peanut Butter Cookies IV
Very easy and tasty recipe as is. I followed it exactly but made a double batch. Last minute I decided to add a cup of mini semi-sweet choc chips. Turned out wonderful. 10 mins exactly in my oven was perfect. They're not hard but not soft really either. Slightly crumbly, but that's how we like 'em. I thought they were flavorful with the suggested amt of peanut butter. Not bland at all. Will keep to make again. And I took pictures!! Will post later :)

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
This was a wonderfully easy cookie to make. I followed the original recipe exactly - but did take Dianne's advice and added a cup of red and green M&M's to make them more festive for the holidays. No need to chill the dough or roll them - just dropped them by large spoon fulls and add more M&M's to the top. The recipe makes exactly 24 nice adult palm sized cookies. They cooked up well in my oven at exactly 13 minutes and were soft and chewy to eat. Big hit with the kids. They taste like choc chips cookies with a nice sized hint of peanut butter. These cookies look and taste great. Will definately make again. Double batch next time to share with others. Great Christmas tin cookie for sure.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
This recipe was very easy to make. I agree with another reviewer in that its best if chilled overnight. I used vanilla pudding mix - but the butterscoth sounds like a very good idea, too - think i'll try that next time. Everyone kept asking what it was and where I got the recipe. It's a big batch - I was able to divide it between two christmas parties. Served it with gingerbread cookies and quickbread. Despite the presentation and the scattering of cookies surrounding it - a few people mistakenly took it for cheese dip and were more than a little surprised :) Will definately make again.
