Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2008
My whole family enjoyed it. I followed the advice of others and put garlic powder and cayenne in the sauce. I also thought the sauce was a little soupy and I ran out of mayo, so I used a couple of spoonfuls of Miracle Whip to thicken it up. My daughter, who is not a meat eater, said the meat was her favorite part of the meal.

I spiced up the meat more and minced garlic into it. made the mashed potatoes like I normally would, with butter, salt and pepper and milk. It was really good.

Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2004
We loved this! I have a very picky 5 year old that I asked when I could make it again. I did make some changes, though. I used a 30 oz. bag of cubed hashbrowns, Cream of Mushroom and WAY more cheese. Next time, I'm going to try the shredded hashbrowns and won't put the onions IN the casserole, just on top. They added a certain sweetness to the dish that I didn't care for. This is a great recipe to play with and add different things in it. I've never tried a recipe from online or anywhere else that I actually liked. I was getting a little leary of trying new things. Thanks so much for this recipe!!!
