Double Tomato Bruschetta
YUMMY! I did take shortcuts as advised by others. 2 cans petite diced tomatoes, and 1/2 of a 9oz jar sundried tomato spread. Also, as others suggested, I brushed the bread slices with oil and baked @ 400 for 5 min. Added the tomato mix and cheese and baked 5 more minutes - they were perfect!
