Southern Peach Cobbler
This cobbler was excellent. The only changes I made was that I used one cup of milk and flour instead of 3/4 cups. I also added a little cinnamon and nutmeg to the flour mixture. I baked it until the edges were golden brown. To those reviewers complaining that the cobbler was soggy in the middle, a cobble is supposed to be somewhat soggy with a nice crunch from the edges. If it wasn't, you'd be having sweet bread with peaches.

Fluffy Pancakes
This is the best pancake recipe I have ever used. They turned out so light and fluffy I could barely keep them on my fork without them crumbling off. This will be my pancake recipe from now on.

Best Easy Chicken Croquettes
These croquettes were delicious! What really topped it off was the sauce. I followed the recipe exactly. I can’t wait to try this recipie again when I buy my food processor.
