Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies
Used half freshly grated ginger and half powder, this gave it a nice texture. Perfect recipe for a non-chocolate holiday cookie!

Thai Curry Soup
Very yummy! I omitted mushrooms, and instead put red bell pepper strips in it. Also less curry paste - it was still hot!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Unbelievably good! My husband and I couldn't stop raving about this, and we cook a lot of top rated recipes on this site. I didn't use a crust on the bottom, and used sage instead of celery seed.
