Thai Curry Soup
Very yummy! I omitted mushrooms, and instead put red bell pepper strips in it. Also less curry paste - it was still hot!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Unbelievably good! My husband and I couldn't stop raving about this, and we cook a lot of top rated recipes on this site. I didn't use a crust on the bottom, and used sage instead of celery seed.

Boiled Peanuts
For some reason these are really popular in Hawaii as well...use star anise (the star pods, not the seeds) and sea salt for flavoring. Awesome!
