Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

as is, a bit salty. second time I tried recipe, I used 1/2 a packet of seasoning and 1/2 c. sour cream and only 4oz. cream cheese.

WOW. I just pulled my bread machine out from the cobwebs and this was an AWESOME recipe to get it back in gear. I used 2 T of honey in place of the brown sugar and served with honey and butter, too. Delicious. Will make a gain, and again, and again! Thanks for sharing Litsters!

Easy Taco Casserole

was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this dish; preparing it was extremely simple and I loved that I can use a pre-opened, almost stale bag of tortilla chips and a half-gone jar of salsa. I usually have all of these ingredients on hand, and it is a great meal for friends who are moving, or just had a baby. Simple ingredients, good flavor, easy prep. Hard to ask for much more.

Fragrant Chicken Curry

Curry flavor was outstanding and complex. Very fragrant, indeed. I used 2 boneless, skinless breasts instead of buying a rotisserie, and saved half of the spice mix for next time! Thanks for sharing!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

This dish was delicious; very rich. I followed one reviewers advice and sauteed the mushrooms & spinach in butter, and I added a bit of garlic powder, too. Will probably make for company, soon. It is very rich, though, so pair with steamed veggies or something else light.

Taco Soup VIII

Absolutely yummy, although I will say that this recipe adds up to more of a "chili" than a soup. I added 1/2 can of beef broth & a can diced tomatoes w/jalepenos and it was delicious w/a kick. Now I keep all the ingredients on hand for a easy recipe to throw together. Super yummy!

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

Awesome recipe, great for the end of summer zucchinis from the garden! I gave a loaf to two friends and both raved about it and asked for the recipe! I used mini-chips, and DO be sure to grease loaf pans well! Yum Yum.

Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

I set out to make this recipe from start to finish, but when I realized I didn't have cornstarch on hand, I just used a store-bought stir-fry sauce. The key each tasty bite is the shrimp marinade! I let my shrimp marinade for a couple hours, and they were the best part of the dish! Will make again, definitely!

Tiramisu Toffee Dessert

This recipe is always a hit! I make it often. Once, when I didn't have whipping cream on hand, a tub of cool whip worked to substitute. Quick and easy, and tastes wonderful!

Peanut Crunch Cake

cake was delicious, but very heavy. i used only chocolate chips, which was good, b/c the PButter adds enough peanuty flavor. Also, because I used a slightly smaller baking dish, my cake didn't quite finish cooking all the way through, so be sure that your cake is done before you take it out of the oven!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

This is an absolute favorite in our home, and with all of our friends! I use 3 cans of no salt/petit diced tomatoes with the juice instead of fresh tomatoes to save time and hassle. Delicious!!
