White Sauce
This is great but I really don't see what's original about this as you can find this recipe everywhere. Add a pinch or so of nutmeg to add more flavor and great for mediterranean dishes like moussaka or lasagne.

Honey Pork Oriental
This was a fantastic recipe and the fact that it was so simple just made it even better. However I did make a few changes: I used fresh chopped garlic and ginger instead of garlic salt and ground ginger. This made it taste even more oriental and with a much more refreshing taste. And instead of using gravy mix, I just added two tsp corn starch (dilluted in water) and added this while the liquid is simmering in the wok/pan. This recipe is now a staple in my kitchen and will keep on making it for years to come!

Shepherd's Pie VI
This recipe was really great especially for someone who's never made a shepherd's pie before such as myself. I did, however, add more flavour and spices to the ground beef because I found it a bit bland. I used allspice, paprika, cayenne pepper and dried oregano leaves and it turned out really yummy! Also, I aded full cream milk to the mashed potatoes to make it softer and easier to spread on the casserole. Overall, this recipe is worth keeping!
