Rhubarb Strawberry Jam
You can't get any easier than this & it tastes great. I used 1/2 sugar 1/2 splenda & also added some strawberries & a few blueberries also. It turned out great. I will definitely make this jam again. It's a great way to use up rhubarb.

Grandma's Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake
This recipe turned out great & tastes wonderful! I wasn't sure how it would turn out but didn't have many choices since my daughter is allergic to both eggs & milk. I was pleasantly surprised! We've made this several times both as a cake & as cupcakes. Highly recommended!

Cracked Sugar Cookies I
Delicious! I used whole wheat flour & substituted w/ soy margarine since my daughter has a milk allergy. They are wonderful. The whole family enjoys these!
