This was excellent, I think my husband was a little surprised by the sauce being that I have never attempted anything like it before, but it was a success. My family loves this dish and we will be adding it to the rotation. The only thing that I did differently was I used the zest of 1 medium orange. Also I kept the sauce and chicken seperate until time to eat just to keep it from getting soggy.

This was good, but not as good as I expected it to be. Other reviews had me really excited about this dish. If you love cream cheese with chives then you will love this. To me that is all I could taste. My daughter really liked it and requests it often.

This soup is quite tasty. I used mexi-corn because I don't care for hominy and I didn't have any ranch seasoning so I used onion powder, garlic powder and other spices that are used in ranch seasoning. My daugter loved this.
