Berry Smoothie
I made this for breakfast this morning and it was delicious and so easy to make. I didn't add sugar because the fresh strawberries and banana added enough sweetness for me. Instead of using 1 cup of each item, I used 1/2 cup of each ingredient so the smoothie would fit in my cup. Will be making this again for sure.

Quick Chicken Marsala
I tried this recipe last night for dinner and it was so easy and so delicious. I used cream of mushroom with roasted garlic and a cooking white wine instead of what was listed because that was what I had on hand. Thanks, Susan for posting this recipe-I'll be putting this into my regular meal rotation!

Tasty Collard Greens
I made these yesterday for Mother's Day Dinner and I love them. I'm not a fan of Collard Greens, but from now on, I'll be using this recipe to make them. Thanks, Anadr!
