Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
I love this recipe! However, I make a few modifications.. #1, I throw everything into a crockpot (including the uncooked chicken) and let it all cook together. #2. I puree the white beans before putting them into the mix. This makes it much thicker and chili-like. #3. Once the chicken is cooked I shred as opposed to chopping it. I also don't use that much chicken broth - maybe a cup or a cup and a half. It's a very thick and rich chili when it's all done - delicious!
