Famous Pork Chops
I made these exactly according to the recipe and they were SO TOUGH! Almost unedible... I wouldnt make again.

Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket II
this was amazing... so easy to prepare and came out perfectly. I cooked in a slow cooker... 4 hours on high with lid on, one hour high with lid off. thickened sauce a little bit with a touch of flour.

Seared Sea Scallops
Very good. I didnt use the flour either. It did need a light sauce though... I recommend pairing with a pasta that has a light creamy sauce to use with these scallops.
