My name is Rachel Nohe. Im only 15 years old and def. an aspiring chef. Rachael Ray is like my hero. (not just because we have the same name although that helps) I would love to meet her one day. Although i dont get to cook alot, I love to see my familys expressions when i make them something, even if they dont like i feel like i accomplished something. :) I love to bake. Desserts are always so good and easy! But I really like to explore cooking new things. I have goals like: to learn a new dish every month. That way, i can still make time to cook in my busy life. My family and I love food. So in the week, every family member has a day where they cook the dish for that night. It was really cool because we got something different every day! I need practice on cutting. Im not good with knifes at all. I also just want to be an all around great chef. It was the 1st time i made cookies by myself. And I put too many on one sheet when putting it in the oven, and the dough went over the sheet and into the oven. It smelled horrible and made a huge mess.
