Baked Potato Soup
I made the roux and then set it aside. Simmered the cut, baked (microwaved potatoes) in the onion, garlic, and broth. Added extra ground red pepper, because we like it spicy. Put it all together and voila! :) We loved it!!! :)

Best Italian Sausage Soup
Thank you, Perri, for an amazing recipe! I've been making your recipe for years now, and absolutely everyone loves it (all four of my kids included)! It's a no-fail, easy-pleaser that'll warm you down to your toes! YUM!! :)

The Best Banana Bread
I took the rum suggestion another step further... I soaked 1/2 cup raisins in Knob Creek Bourbon for 48 hours and added them and the liquid....it turned out supremely moist with a deliciously enhanced flavor! We really enjoyed it and will do that exact thing again!! :)
