Kashmiri-Style Kidney Beans with Turnips
This is an awesome, delicious dish - don't let the unconventional main ingredients turn you off. Nobody I served this to guessed that it had turnips, and it looked beautiful with all the colors.

Carrot Souffle
Pretty eggy and without as much carrot taste as I had hoped for. Still very good though, about 1/2 cup of sugar is plenty.

Potato Leek Soup III
Awesome. I followed the suggestions here to reduce the fat and added tofu for a yummy veggie meal.
