Oven Fried Chicken II
This recipe is a keeper. I love fried chicken but hate the mess. I've tried other "oven-fried" recipes, but none ever came out so crispy and close to REAL fried chicken as this one did. I had the kitchen all cleaned up within minutes and the chicken was frying all by itself. Tasty!

Zucchini Cake III
Made this tonight...yummy! Had a monster zucchini that was hidden in the garden and this was the perfect use for it. The recipe turned out great. Thanks Geri!

Key West Chicken
Just loved this. Didn't have time to marinate for very long but it still turned out delicious! Next time I'll plan ahead and marinate overnight. Thanks Tina B!
